How long will shipping take?

All orders are processed within 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping to USA customers will take between 2-5 business days.

Shipping to the rest of the world can take between 5-30 business days depending on your region. Check out our full policy here.

Can I track my order?

We will keep you updated via email for every step of your products journey from placing your order, to your door!

As soon as your order has been processed and left the warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email by us. We will send you an additional email when your item has been shipped and notify you of the delivery.

Do you accept returns or exchnages?

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee after day of delivery if you are unhappy with our product.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase has been delivered, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a credit or exchange.

How long will it take to refund my return?

After sending the return request, you will hear back from us within 5-10 business days confirming your return.

What do I do if I don't receive my order?

We will provide compensation for mishaps on our part.
